Kindly note that any taxes, fees, or duties at the receiving country is the responsibility of you, the Customer. Our refund and returns policy lasts 15 days from the date you have received the package. If 15 days have passed since delivery, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, please use the Contact Form to obtain Goods Return Authorization number, and the Return Address. The Customer bears the return postage to Sri Lanka, and it is advised to use a return shipping method that allows tracking your package.

Please do not send your purchase back to the dispatch address in the packaging.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If you haven’t received a refund within a reasonable time, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Shipping returns

We are a very small operation, and not in a position to bear return shipping costs. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, our standard cost of shipping US$60.00 will be deducted from your refund. This includes packages that have not been collected in time and returned by the Postal Service.

We kindly request our customer to make sure that you really want this product before ordering.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
